I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely caught me off guard. I came in simply looking for directions and was met with an attitude from the front desk that felt surprisingly dismissive and unwelcoming. Instead of basic courtesy, the interaction felt more like being judged than helped. It honestly reminded me of high school social dynamics rather than the front desk of a professional business. I respect the amount of equipment that there is but because of that, everything is way too close to one another. Very cramp in there. They also just change the rules on parking. You only get 1hr and half of free parking. Given the other gyms in the area they let you go beyond 2hrs or free all together. They even have machines that let you input your license plate into the machine at the front desk. Even with all of the fans in there, the place feels like a sauna. This is an AMAZING gym!! Right on the ocean with a view. I love that they do a week pass that I used when I was in town visiting family. The gym is beautiful, equipment is in great shape and the parking is convenient. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Ava at the front desk who always had a smile and took the time to show me around and explain things. She was so sweet and helpful each time I saw her. I highly recommend this gym and will definitely be back!

OPG is the best. Great atmosphere, great equipment, and great staff. Continuously adding to and improving the space since I joined 3 years ago. Keep up the good work!
