Nice, quiet, clean neighborhood right by the beach. Karli, Amber, and Melissa all really care about this place and it shows in their responsiveness and care for the property and residents! How they are able to give such great deals on renovated apartments so close to the beach is beyond me (3 pools!) but I’m not complaining 5/5 stars

I have been a resident for ten years at hale Nani and it is improving each year. I love living here and being so close to the beach. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful

Where do I even begin… SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER PLACE!!! I lived here for almost a year and it was pure hell and nothing but a rip off. The neighbors would fight all the time and smoked so much that the smoke started to deteriorate MY unit. The smell was so bad I had to get rid of my couch and rugs that were all brand new when I moved in. Cops were at their unit all the time and they got very physically with each other.
