I rented an apartment here January, 2026. My experience with the leasing agent Amber was excellent. She went above and beyond throughout the rental process. I just moved to Jacksonville Beach from Arizona and not familiar with the area at all, Amber wrote me a detailed e-mail with anything and everything she could think of about the area that I might find useful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in renting the apartment and I love my new place!
The staff at Hale Nani not only made my move painless, but the environment is like a community. The maintenance crew expeditiously fixes any issues that arise, the grounds are well maintained, and the front office is quick to respond and very helpful! I felt at home from the first conversation with Amber! Great place to live!
