If I could give zero starts I absolutely would. This was THE worst experience of my life. What was supposed to be a relaxing magical day for a daughter and her mom/stepmom/nana and sister for her FIRST prom turn into an emotional roller coaster and traumatic experience. We have an appointment- get there at 9aM sharp. We sit down, my daughter (14YO) has never had a pedicure so she was super excited!
