I went to this nail salon for the first time today, I've been consistently getting my nails done for over 5 years. I moved and needed a new salon, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Not only did it take 3 hrs to do a full set, the technician didn't even know what stiletto shape was. Even though my nails were in that shape and she seen them. She proceeded to try to get the shape, after making me bleed multiple times. Only to be left with the shortest most ridiculous shape, that was not stiletto. She kept filing more and more off.
