I made an appointment for 10:30 am for a gel manicure. I walk in right at 10:30 and they ask if I have an appointment. I say yes and they say, well even though you have an appointment we cannot take you until 11am. And I said Okay and walked on out to go somewhere else! Completely unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I walked in and with a dream and a picture hoping there might be time for a pedicure and manicure. I wanted full set acrylics but I was nervous to ask because I am so shy and did not make an appointment ahead of time. They were SO nice. I got the green tea spa pedicure (the calf massage with hot stones is heaven) and then they did exactly what I wanted for my nails. I just stopped by for my first time. The place was easy to find and there was ample parking. The shop was clean and beautifully decorated and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. A young woman by the name of Anna was sweet and careful and I could tell that she was trying to do a meticulous job of my pedicure. I was very pleased with Ocean Nails and Spa!

Excellent service! Anna, professional technician, attention to detail spot on, received basic manicure/callus pedicure. Relaxed, calm environment, perfect balance.

Made an appointment only for them to have me wait an hour. I even left and came back. Customer service was horrible, they don’t seem to care at all. I had been here once before & had a terrible experience so I thought I’d give them another chance. Big mistake. Spend your money elsewhere.
