I have been a client of Ocean Nails since they opened. The staff is friendly, polite and excellent at their craft. They always try to accommodate every walk-in customer but are also honest if they’re too busy. They keep appointment times so you’re not waiting around, they understand your time is as important as theirs. When they can they will stay late, even start earlier to accommodate your day. This is a comfortable and inviting space with hard working staff. Thanks to all at Ocean Nails!! See you soon!
I’ve been to Ocean Nails three times, and every time they told me they were too busy and didn’t have time for a pedicure. I understand businesses get busy, but this has happened on every visit. The lady wearing glasses was also very rude and not welcoming at all. I’m honestly surprised how they run their business with this kind of customer service. Very disappointing experience.
My nails looked great and lots of detail. When I got polish removed they ground it off. Didn’t take the time to soak off the polish. They destroyed my nails. Used to grow long and strong. Now cracking and splitting. Only time I went there. Will not be returning.

I had a fairly good experience with them until I had to have my nails removed because I had a treatment for my health condition. Let me tell you, I was bleeding from 3 fingers. I have had nails removed from other place without an issue. Had the nail removed mid October and my nails are crap, even now because of the carelessness of this salon. BEWARE of this. Not an establishment I can recommend! Was to have a manicure done but I left in pain and bleeding :( If I could give a zero stars, I would have done so!!!
