THE BEST NAIL SALON this 50yr. old gal has ever known!! For the past two years, I will only go to Ocean nails. David never turns me down. I will call him on a whim and like tonight with only hours notice, David and Rose double team to give me a Mani/Pedi before closing and David had a funeral to go to too, but he put me first and that’s how Ocean nails is. Had an appointment for 4 people, 4 pedicures 3 manicures for 4:00. When we got there only one male technician was there, no other customers there. He started one pedicure. After 50 minutes 3 of us are still waiting for a tech to arrive, while soaking, and one pedicure was finishing. My tech came in and started my pedi at 4:50 (again 4:00 appt) she was done by 5:10. Really great experience and the polish lasted a super long time. They’re very nice people
I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I had set an appointment for 3:30 to remove dip nails and get a classic manicure. I arrived at 3:25 and my service did not start until 4PM. I understand things come up and do not expect to be seen exactly at appt time, but I should not have to wait almost 40 minutes past when I scheduled. After a 120 mile bike ride this was the perfect way to treat myself, the massage chairs are a nice bonus. They really take care of you here! 100% recommend
