I got my nails done today and called in ahead of time from a walk in and I get there and they said they couldn’t do my design which was simple French tip so I showed them two other designs and they still couldn’t do it so I went with a basic color and when they weee done they look all crooked and uneven
I’ve been to this nail shop a few times before, but my experience today was VERY disappointing due to the service I received from David. When I walked in, he asked what services we wanted. My boyfriend said pedicure, and I said manicure. He then asked if I wanted my nails short or long, and I answered short. I picked a color and was directed to a chair. I have been to many nail salons, and keep coming back to Oceans Nails & Spa. I have never had a problem getting a walk-in appointment, and have also made appointments online - so convenient. David is very thorough and precise, and pleasant. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good nail salon!
Received a gel manicure- My nails chipped left and right, nails only lasted a week and they look very grown out. I normally go to another salon and never have a problem
