I haven't been here for about two years and have recently started to going here again. This place is under new management (the last manager was a jerk.). I got a full-set, design from Tammy and a deluxe pedicure from some girl. The price was very reasonable and everyone is really nice. The mall was closing but Tammy stay past it and actually finish a great job on mine. I would definitely recommended to everyone. I used to come here to get my eyebrows and feet done..... Today I had a gift cert and figured I would take my two little ones to get their nails painted. So they went first and right before the girl was going to paint my nails she wanted payment and I handed her my gift card and she came back and told me it was expired!? Well needless to say I had to pay the 50.00 for our nails and my eyebrows. I was looking to get my eyebrows tattooed and did some research an heard the lady at ocean nails was really good. I also saw a bunch of ladies that had them done there and they looked really nice. So I made an appointment. I had my eyebrows drawn on already when I came in. She cleane them up and said she was ready to go. I was very nervous even tho I'm a heavily tattooed female. What has happened to the concept of calling to make an appointment and actually arriving on time to find the technician ready to go, is courteous and does quality work? Is it too much to expect respect from a business owner and believe they should provide a service and product to customers that meet or exceed their customers' expectations?
