I called in the morning to make an appointment and they told me to come 945 AM. I showed up on time and had to wait about 10 minutes til they seated me for a pedicure. An employee set me up and had me start soaking. After 10 minutes no one came to start the pedicure. I asked a few employees who would be doing my pedicure and everyone shrugged and called to the front and we were ignored.
