I come here to get my nails done occasionally and my eyebrows and mustache waxed regularly about once a month. The amount of times they have burned me with the wax after explaining that my skin is very sensitive and it needs to be on very low heat is unimaginable. Usually when a person goes to wax their eyebrows they apply baby powder, but since they are always in a rush, they could care less to apply any protection and apply the steaming hot wax onto your face. I called in the morning to make an appointment and they told me to come 945 AM. I showed up on time and had to wait about 10 minutes til they seated me for a pedicure. An employee set me up and had me start soaking. After 10 minutes no one came to start the pedicure. I asked a few employees who would be doing my pedicure and everyone shrugged and called to the front and we were ignored.
