This is my second time going to Ocean Nails and both times my nails have been absolutely perfect and beautiful-exactly what I wanted. They listen to their customers. These are also the strongest dip nails I’ve ever had. Lasted a month! Very happy with everything!
My review is solely based off of customer service. I have been here about 3 times and each time there is an encounter with the same nail tech that is rude and has a nasty attitude. All three occasions I have experienced this. If you truly do not enjoy or like what you do find another profession. I typically go to Pro nails but when they are closed or packed I have come here and I see why there’s barely much business here. Truly a non welcoming environment.
