I have been to ocean a couple of times, Tina was wonderful, she was quick and gentle on my nails and we chatted almost the whole time. I went yesterday and was hoping to get her again but I don’t think she was there. I wanted a simple acrylic nude with chrome and it ended up taking an hour and half just to shape my nails. She filed my natural nails down so much that after that my nails started to hurt. 3 of my nails ended up bleeding and she took off so much of my natural nail, they are so sensitive now. Worst service ever. I’m not one to look for a handout., I still paid full price and tipped my technician for my pedicure, but the kicker is that the management offers you to come back in order for them to fix their poor job. Why can’t it just be done right the first time? They want you to come back so you’ll spend more money with them. I’m smarter than that, I paid my tab and left and will never return.
I had an amazing experience at Ocean Nail Lounge! My manicure and pedicure were absolutely wonderful — the attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall service were top-notch. I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed, and my nails look flawless. The staff was friendly and professional, and the whole atmosphere was so calming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to treat yourself — I’ll definitely be back!
Harry did a wonderful job on my nails probably the prettiest ive had in a while, very clean atmosphere and complimentary drinks , will definitely be returning
Very friendly and clean , a little pricey but very pleased with my nails, Harry really did a beautiful job, he gained a new client today and the complimentary mimosa was wonderful, will definitely return
