Worst experience ever. Needed a car when I first arrived in Canada. They told me the car had no accident (actually had tens of thousand dollars of damage) and urged me to sign the agreement. I was new and didn't know better. Now I want to get a new car but having a nightmare trying to get rid of the one I got from here. DON'T GO THERE. I know it's my fault too, but they just want to rip you off.
I bought a used Nissan car from here and the person who helped me did not have a sense of urgency to please. I asked for a full tank of gas upon pick up and he was unable to provide that for me. I just spent $14k on a car, and you just made a sales commission and you couldn't forfeit $80 to fill my tank? Not the best customer service and wouldn't really recommend it purchasing a car from this dealership.
Bought a car here, the speakers were blown, and I put a down payment on the car, and when i got the car the next day, the car had been driven over 100km+ from the last time I test drove the car.
