I am extremely disappointed by service at Mazda in Doral. I brought my car for oil change and tire rotation. They provided a 4point inspection, sent video of the car, recommended additional service and missed to notice the check engine light was on. Since I didn't mention at the begining, they didn't check. What is the 4 point inspection then? I had to drive back and wait, again to be served.

On June 25, 2026 I had my 2020 CX5 serviced for a variety of items that it needed; A receipt described all the works completed however, I noticed that they never rotated the tires and I was charged for that work along with balancing; they resurfaced the rotors in the rear and placed in new brake pads; however, during the inspection of the vehicle, the front brakes pads were low, and I was not advised of that; they did work on the control arm, and that was completed; Overall, I feel that the Technical service in the Bay Area,... read more
