Came in for oil change and rotation. Got a “shop fee” added to my bill for ? Pulling out I see Tire Warning light. All four of my tires were under inflated... Had to top them off roadside with my emergency inflator. Also I never got the inspection video…
They always take good care of my car and everyone is professional.
Let me first state that this review is for DORAL ONLY. Ocean Mazda West Kendall employs sweet baby angels. The point of my review is to give that location your money. I had accidentally booked here in Doral once before and today when I pulled in and it dawned on me from my first interaction why I had sworn off this service department. The customer service here is so anxious and negative that I don't believe their mechanics are competent, and regardless, I don't want that bad energy going into my oil change and tire rotation.... read more
No les recomiendo, supuestamente me hicieron un arreglo. Pero el auto sigue presentando el mismo problema. Lo volví a llevar y el auto sigue igual. Es un robo.
Prácticamente me robaron 551 dólares, más dos días perdidos. Es una estafa y una falta de respeto a los clientes 😡
