I went to service my NC2 Miata and everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the showroom was presentable, the waiting room was comfortable, the mechanics were straightforward, and overall a great atmosphere. The lenght of your wait will, of course, depend on what you're doing to your car; in my opinion the wait time was very reasonable considering how busy they were.
