They are the worst!! Mice issue in my apartment since literally day one that I moved here. No extermination services for 7 months!! I'm here standing watching water fall from my ceiling as it does when heavy rains in addition to the water that is dripping from the top of the molding on one of my bedroom windows. No stars can't wait to get out of here! I see why people don't stay very long.
Ocean Management, Pike International, Mandy Management, Paris Realty, Saturn Rentals, and Preperty are all the same landlord, owned by the same people. I got a false eviction by Pike in March 2016 that was sold to Ocean Management 3 months later. I tried to talk to the collections department to find a very rude, condescending woman to tell me to contact Pike who is literally the same as Ocean. Don't rent or try to resolve issues with them. This is my third day with no heat. They guy they sent out on Saturday said I'm on my way and never came in. This company don't care about the house or the tenants. Every time there is a problem, they take for ever to fix. However, don't pay your rent by the 10th and your name is on the list for eviction. Since they took over this apartment, everything is going down hill.
Mold for months. They deleted all the complaints. They are in court right for renting run down apartments.
You would not believe how bad these slum lords are. They literally use their buildings to run tax scams. They buy run down buildings and get grants to fix them. They don’t and they don’t pay the bank note either. However the bank won’t take it back very fast with established tenants. So they keep moving people in and keep pocketing that money.
