The location is affordable and if you don't plan to spend alot of time in your room is great for a nice clean place to crash. Heating was just a small plug in heater but it did the job, very spacious shower it's not perfect but it's better then most

Great budget hotel located right in the heart of OC. Don’t pay to much attention to negative reviews as they most likely fought cheap and didn’t do their research. Yes, there is way nicer resort style hotels in the area, but you’re going to pay a lot more for them. If you’re looking for a cheap rate and a roof over your head this is the place. Its a bait and switch. The map takes you to the main office with their stock photos. When you get there, they send you to a separate building. Rundown, it smelled moldy. The management was terrible. The owners were very rude. Our room had cockroaches and mold and accused us of bringing them ourselves! There was someone passed out in the hallway. Owner made racist remarks about my bi-racial child. It got so bad we called the police.
I was supposed to receive a refund and never received it I been fighting with them and hotels.com since august and they dont not want to give me a refund
