BEWARE! Sketchy practices, unclear policies and kept my money for a room they refused me access to! I reserved online for three nights. The confirmation email stated check-in is 3-6 pm; call if arriving later. I called the morning of my arrival, connected to an automated assistant who processed my request. At 7:30 PM enroute, I called AGAIN to confirm. This time I connected to a live person. When I said my ETA was between 1& 2 AM, I was told guests are NOT ALLOWED to arrive after midnight. There was visible mold in the air-conditioning vents, which was extremely concerning from a health and safety standpoint. The bathroom was exceptionally small—smaller than an airplane bathroom—and the hotel’s front door did not properly lock, raising additional securi... read more

Do not stay room are unsanitary and infested with bugs. We booked 1 night as a quick stopover. We stayed in room 001. While the staff was great , the room was full of cock roaches. I’ve never stayed in a room so dirty. We arrived at 7pm with our kids and live 4 hours away, we didn’t have the ability to leave it was too late, and there was nothing available so we stayed…. I told the staff and they brought roach spray. I asked for consideration on the room price to be refunded in whole or reduced, they didn’t call back. I have... read more
