Erica at the front desk was so kind us to! Check-in/Out was very easy and smooth. For the price, I cannot complain at all! Our room was clean, location was perfect, and staff were all very pleasant!
Having booked this room at a very low price compared to nearby hotels, my expectations were quite low. I expected to maybe have musty smells in the room, disinterested staff, maybe not a tub I wanted to use, but I booked it with the intention of my family sleeping there and that was it. I didn't plan on spending vacation time in the hotel, I just needed somewhere to lay our heads that didn't break the bank. What a wonderful stay! A lovely hotel, room was fresh and clean, A/C worked great, bathroom was huge, good shower pressure and bed and pillows were very comfy. Parking was great too, large spaces and most were under the building so we appreciated that. The friendly and helpful owner and front desk personnel were awesome, excellent customer service, I can’t say enough how impressed I was. This hotel is disgusting and if you see any reviews that gave this place a five star is probably a friend or a family member of the owner of this hotel, I will start by saying The towels had a yellow dingy look to them, there was not one clean white towel , they also did not give you any hand towels, there was an old wet washcloth thrown over the shower bar, The sheets and pillowcases had stains on them .
