RecommendedExcellent pharmacy Exceptional, attentive staff!
Picked up prescription and drove straight home opened bag pulled out bottle 12 pills short. I called them immediately and they flat out lied and said they were counted 3 times and left the store correct. No they didn't!! I was by myself and made no stops. They gave me the wrong amount of pills and would not even CONSIDER that they could have made a mistake. I also know someone who received the wrong pills completely from this pharmacy. Ocean Lakes is highly recommend by the local doctors. They make their own compounds, giving the fact they have more recommend choices for sunburns/ sun poison, the best is their compound UT cream. It might seem a little pricey to some, but it is a miracle cream and so worth it!! Been using it since I was a kid. Definitely recommend it! Friendly staff. You are in and out in no time . Always willing to educate you on the medications you are prescribed. And my 6 year old little girl loves the candy 🍭!
The people at Ocean Lakes Pharmacy are like a family. Service and professionalism go hand in hand. Lori, one of the pharmacists, is one of the most genuine, caring and compassionate people I’ve ever met. Joe, another pharmacist, is fantastic as well.
