Came in for a fill in and left spending $60 and it looks like a kindergartner did them. She removed the previous gel, cut down my acrylic and then sanded them and never had me wash my hands. There was powder from her work everywhere. My nails are all visibly different shapes and lengths. The polish is thick in some areas and thin in others, so you can see the acrylic coming through in some areas. Hana is the most caring individual and a great nail tech. She is always wonderful and kind to my sissy that has dementia. She’s done her nails last six years. Kudos to your facility! A great asset to your business!
