Great food, service and atmosphere. My husband and son still rave about the Low Country Dump.

I think your animosity lies with the fishing center. The restaurant is a completely different business. We have been in business for many many years and intend to keep it that way.
This was the best meal I've eaten in a long time! It doesn't get any fresher.
Horrible customer service. Told us to seat ourselves at the bar instead at an open table in the restaurant. I then told the hostess we'd go somewhere else and her response was "oh well". Never again!

I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our hostess. I have to believe there was a miscommunication. The bar is open seating and the hostesses seat the tables. They were on a wait and probably had notified a group that their table was ready. She was probably letting you know you could have a seat immediately at the bar instead of waiting. That is exactly what we want them to tell our customers. Did you ask to speak with a manager? We have 2-3 on at all times. Someone could have resolved your issue.

While the wait inside was supposed to be an hour, we decided to head up to the Tiki bar. Great food, great service, great view, and great live music! Very pleased and we will be back!
Had a very bad experience here. First time we had been since change of ownership and we wore sorely disappointed. The seared tuna was horrible, not even warm and had the taste of cigarette ashes literally. The fish sandwiches were cooked terribly as well, the fish was gooey and not cooked in the center. Ordered broccoli that came our ice cold! Needless to say we will not be back for quite awhile. The cook staff needs some training. I do however wish them good luck as they hopefully learn the ropes.
