My girlfriend and I stared looking for the owner to see if he had change for a 20. we couldn’t find anyone, so we just decided to use car, we tried several times and it wouldn’t work and then that’s when the owner came outside and started yelling and said we’ve been sitting there for 9 minutes and we owed him 5 dollars or we leaved the car wash. we tried to talk to him normal, explaining that the card machine wasn’t working. he said he didn’t care and for us to leave now. very rude and aggressive!
VERY RUDE Person that "is in charge" of keeping up with this carwash, Ain't worth the Hassle or dealing with these people. drive down to Robstown Astromatic Carwash corner of HWY. 77 & Main St (right across from Popeyes fried chicken) , It ll be well worth little drive.
My whole car got scratched , i was in Disbelief , 2017 mustang all scratched up , then he spits on me for asking how we should take care of this matter , I just left
Don’t give this car wash any business. Jermy wernig is an idiot. Don’t slide your card because he will commit fraud and charge your card more then you spent. He is very rude and aggressive. Someone is going to clean his clock one day.
how do I get a refund? went thru auto wash bay and when i came out I think it only sprayed water on the truck.... nothings changed... I run my finger over the truck and that's the clean spot... wasted 12 bucks...
There is an obnoxious ill-tempered guy running around yelling at people, claiming to be the owner. I was just trying to wash a car with my 8yr old son, not planning on trying to explain to the poor kid that some people are very unhappy and walking around threatening people in order to fill the void left by their lost soul.
If the owner of this location is also the owner of the Ocean in Motion on Violet Road close to Leopard St., then NO, I don't recommend it. Owner is rude, I've had some interaction with him. His attendant at the Violet location told me I couldn't hand spot clean my vehicle eventhough my spouse was simultaneously using the soap brush on the vehicle. We weren't taking up any more time and keeping the stall any longer than necessary and keep him from making money. Not giving him my business anymore. We'll either wash it at home ... read more
