This was the first stop on our Alaska trip and we stayed three nights. Between the hot tub and our own fire pit, it was a great place to unwind from travel. We were pleasantly surprised to find the Big Mermaid has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Very clear check-in instructions from the host plus signage, which is helpful since you walk around to the waterfront side to access your room. We loved our stay! Right on the beach with amazing views. Hot tub. Thoughtful design and amenities. We canceled our dinner reservation just to sit on the deck, eat takeout, and watch the tide.Excellent service. Excellent beds. My Apple Watch sleep score was excellent! Amazing little inn. We stayed in the Little Mermaid room and the views were gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. Additionally, this room was upstairs which gave us more privacy. The hot tub and deck were clean and fun, with heaters available go enjoy the beach views. Very close to the Spit and everything Homer has to offer.
Our three night stay was wonderful! Room was nice and clean. The grounds were clean and well groomed The view is spectacular! We are ready to come back again.
