The Inn is wonderful. The outdoor space is beautiful. You can watch the tides, hear the water and birds. The rooms are very accommodating. The beds are very cozy. The owner is kind and very responsive. You are located just a couple of minutes from Homer Spit. I would stay here again. Highly recommend
This inn is wonderful. The rooms are nicely decorated. The outdoor space is perfect. A private patio for each room. A community patio right by the water with a propane firepit. I would stay here again!
Best place we’ve stayed so far in our Alaska journey! Spectacular location, comfortable beds, and all the right little touches that make it wonderful! The weather was the typical PNW gray skies and drizzle, but at times we sat on the covered deck perched on the edge of the cliff and warmed ourselves by the automatic fire pit. This was the first stop on our Alaska trip and we stayed three nights. Between the hot tub and our own fire pit, it was a great place to unwind from travel. We were pleasantly surprised to find the Big Mermaid has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Very clear check-in instructions from the host plus signage, which is helpful since you walk around to the waterfront side to access your room. We loved our stay! Right on the beach with amazing views. Hot tub. Thoughtful design and amenities. We canceled our dinner reservation just to sit on the deck, eat takeout, and watch the tide.Excellent service. Excellent beds. My Apple Watch sleep score was excellent!
