Jeff was extremely rude. Cutting me off mid sentence to talk golf with my fiance while barely acknowledging me. Very Condescending, short and snippy. I was shocked at the way I was treated, as was my fiance. Definitely steered us away from Honda and I will not be recommending this dealership. Would give zero stars if I could. Left in tears and disappointed as I was excited about getting a new Honda.
I want to thank everyone at Ocean Honda! Felt like walking into a home of family. Great service thank you so much Aidan and Joe 1 million times over. My boyfriend purchased a car two months ago for me and they were supposed to secure financing, but they couldn’t figure it out and Christian. The sales manager Who wasn’t even on the original deal? called my boyfriend and left a very nasty message when we’ve never spoken to him before we did the deal with kelvin. decided to harass us for a week making threats being a bully. I would love to give a big thanks to Michael and the manager Chris for getting me out of current situation, they were very quick and resourceful to help me get out of my old car and get me into a new car with a lower payment and better terms, these guys are not only salespeople they are truly family and have the best in mind when it comes to there customers.
I’ll keep it short and smooth. I was helped by Johnny and the whole time I had him sitting down negotiating, he was super patient with me, every time I threw an offer or crossed anything out he got up and tried his best to accommodate my interests. This was not the first Honda dealer I had stopped at that day but it was the last. I drove out with a nice Honda civic sport 2026 the next day.
