Associates seemed enthusiastic and very willing to really sell the products. However, here's where I get uncomfortable. 1. If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Never going back to Ocean Honda for Service… Recently I was driving to work and noticed my car shaking/vibrating when I would accelerate. It had done it in the past but would go away. Finally it did it again a couple weeks ago, got so bad I thought my car was gonna break down. Finally the check engine light came on. I went to Ocean at 0640 am! I had a low tire warning light on the way down Highway 1. They don’t open till 0700. But a technician named Steve was coming in & was very kind to assist me with my car. He opened a shop door & got air in the tires. They even opened the lobby door for my sister with the temperature at 40 degrees! Wonderful experience!
Being a neighbor of Ocean Honda is a wonderful thing, Steven Zigman texted me a great message after I commented that, the use of the alarm button on the key fobs which honks the horn alert to locate vehicles at that business is very noisy and loud as I’m recovering from an illness and require lots of rest, but is a necessary thing multiple times daily to locate customers cars and I should purchase noise cancellation headphones to remedy that situation! That is a geat solution Steven! Thanks for being a wonderful neighbor!
