I do not recommend this place. Poor management. They ACTUALLY do not care about their tenants. My downstairs neighbor has been harassing since January 2024. And he’s still there. I filled a complaint last year and called the cops. Nothing happened. This guy is still harassing. I work long hours only to come to this nasty place I call home. Nobody did anything to kick this monster out. I attached a video of This neighbor making noises. There are even louder ones too.

Poorly managed place. Would not prorate month (fine, it is their right), but the maintenance department started tearing my apartment apart well before my lease ended. Then the final straw was they had the guts to charge me cleaning fees. I tried vacuuming, but there were nails on the floor from the maintenance department's work. There are plenty of apartments in Somers Point, find a better one.

Este Mensaje es para gente hispana,si eres fumador puede rentar, todo estos complex son free smoking, los apartment son lindos pero la mayoria de los tenants son fumones,yo en diciembre salgo de aqui para gente no smoking no es bueno este citio,repito apartment es muy lindo y el precio, pero vivir con fumones es not fun.
