In agreement with many of these reviews re: shady business and billing practices. I strongly advise against using the services of this place. Initially, my experiences were positive, largely thanks to two exceptional physician assistants on their team (Joanne and Theresa). I had (last apt 11AUG23) been going to the place every single month for over 5 years (via computer visits during COVID). The new NP Theresa informed me at my last visit that they are no longer seeing patients for REFILL PRESCIPTIONS (which is not what I was going for seeing as I had to make an appointment EVERY SINGLE MONTH as my prescription CANNOT BE REFILLED). She asked me if I had seen a psychiatrist lately and I said, yes actually, I have and that’s where she told me I should go from now on for my monthly prescriptions.
