If you’re looking for an ONGYN, look elsewhere. They do not care about you! First, I made an initial appointment online under the OB tab. I get a call the day of saying I’m only seeing a nurse as they don’t take OB appointments made online. The booking process made it seem like I scheduled correctly only to be told I didn’t. Ok. At this first appointment the nurse was very nice, but they did nothing to confirm the actual pregnancy. No urine sample, no blood work, just took my word for it. Felt like a pointless appointment. Please do not come to this place. If you’re going to be prenatal doctor LOSE THE ATTITUDE. Your dealing with pregnant women and instead on making their days a bit easier by being respectful and showing that your their for them to help them they do the complete opposite. No one seems to want to follow up or advocate for these pregnant women to get their appointments any more. Everything is met with attitude. I have been to the Tom's River one a lot. Never any problems. Very clean, People are so nice. From guard on way in, the receptionist, the nurses, n the Drs. I even was up at the newer bldg. On 2nd Street in Lakewood. Same exact thing. Most pleasant place to visit.
