On my last visit home to New Jersey, I was gifted a lovely arrangement from Ocean Grove Flowers and Gifts. It was beautiful, unique and lasted a long time! Thank you!
Just read other reviews my experience was the same extremely rude and unprofrssional owners. Never again
The 5 star rating is based on the beauty and generosity of the flower arrangements. if you want phoney sweet customer service maybe go elsewhere. But the several flower arrangements done for me and my family were stunning and beautiful. True artists with flowers. No one makes such imaginative and unique arrangements. And the owner is a tiger about getting the order right and on time.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a dozen red roses and my girlfriend only got 10 roses. I called to explain the situation and they accused me of lying. I will not order from them again because of their lack of customer service and their inability to perform the task they were hired to do. I gave them a chance to redeem themselves and they called me a liar. Unacceptable.
We've had arrangements from this shop several times and they always are unique and artistic.
