My recent apt at Ocean eyes went very smoothly from beginning to end: beautiful office, great staff and an extremely thorough and knowledgeable exam from Dr. Willey.
Wonderful experience. I recently relocated to the area, and I'm grateful I found Ocean Eyes. Dr Melissa Willey and her staff are so nice and pleasant. Plus they are very efficient. I didn't have to wait. I was in and out in less than an hour. She also went above and beyond, letting me try different contacts and giving me options I didn't know were available. I highly recommend!
Clean, well organized office. This was my first time there. Looks promising.
Warm, friendly office. Modern equipment, very clean and welcoming. Knowledgeable of what insurance covers. When it took too long to get my new glasses, they offered me a 2nd set of complimentary lenses if I brought in an old pair of frames. It's an example of their good customer service. Don't expect a huge volume of frame choices. The ones they have are a nice variety and contemporary.
