I recently had my eye exam and purchased glasses from this office. Everyone was kind from the moment I walked in.Annette, Hannah, Dr Simkin, Priscilla, and Stephanie were great. My glasses came in much quicker than anticipated and look and feel great!
The whole process start to finish was quick and easy. I work across the street so decided to schedule an appt on my lunch. I got on the night before and scheduled the appt for 1:30. I got there early to fill out paperwork that didn’t take long at all. The girl at the front desk, the dr and the girl that checked me out were all friendly. The price wasn’t bad either! I chose to get pictures taken rather than dilation, it’s an extra $40 charge, but worth it!
I love Ocean Eye. I’ve been a patient for many years. I’ve been to two of the locations, Trolley Road and Carnes Crossing. I’ve always had a great experience with a wonderful, friendly, helpful staff.
