I paid $20.00 to get the car washed. It ripped parts off of my car and damaged the driver's side mirror. I asked the general manager to pay for the repair and he refused claiming it was prior damage. The car came off a dealership lot less than a month ago and it stamped with all the dealer seals and logos. It is going to cost me over $800 to fix the damage that this business did to my vehicle and they refuse to do anything to help fix it. They won't even put you in contact with someone to file a complaint.

Last two vehicles I have taken there their machines have broken my side view mirrors. Their management was supposed to follow up with me to find a solution but have not heard back from anyone. they tried to tape it back on wi th some special black tape as a temporary fix but that didnt last more than 2 blocks. Hoping the GM (Tyson) will follow up with me and make things right.
They refused to do a re-wash on the Ultimate Extreme Clean, which includes a 72 hour re-wash guarantee if you are rained on. I have clear visual rainspots on my vehicle but the manager refused my accept my receipt and wouldn't even do a visual insect the car for rain spots. Last weekend, the wash broke down in the middle of a very busy time. I was the unfortunate person in the back of the line & after 25 min. of going nowhere but being boxed in, I got out of my car to ask about the issue. The answer was vague but the attendant helped me get out of line. I messaged management & they were extremely helpful & empathetic.
