As a former tenant of 99 Ocean Avenue I have nothing but great things to say about this property & the entire management team. Always on top of things and available 24/7. Miss my old apartment with gorgeous view to a Prospect Park and especially all my frendly neighbors. FANTASTIC COMMUNITY!!!!!!!
This management cares for the tenants greatly! Bedbugs are a huge problem in all of NY and they provide the best exterminating services immediately. The review below is from the most uncooperative tenant who ended up living rent free for 7 months and refused treatment due to which the infestation spread to other units. We are glad "Beadea Trees" found a new home. We wish him luck and mostly lots of luck to his new landlord. I've lived here for 12 years till 2015. I was behind on the rent cuz I lost my job in 2008. I thought I was gonna have to move. and they gave me a payment schedule and waived some of the late fees. It literally saved my life. When I spoke to the people at the management office they treated me like a descent man, even tho I owed 3 months rent. SOMETIMES we just need a help in hand
