I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this office’s administrative side of things. Had never had an issue when Amy was there. I have been a patient since 2022. Only had cleanings until recently, when I required three different services. Dr. Tremaine is good at what she does. Marnie, my hygienist is great and reason why I have been a patient since 2022. They overbook patients. Both myself and my fiancé had to return at a later date post cleaning to meet with the Doctor. They turn way too many patients in a short window and expect the patient to bend over backwards. Very odd system they have.
