My experience with Ocean Dental Cancun was unsatisfactory. I made several requests for copies of my implant documentation and did not receive any response. Access to medical records is a basic standard of care. The lack of communication in this case falls short of what should be expected from a professional medical provider and reflects a lack of respect for the patient. For this reason, I would not consider using this clinic again.
I first went to this wonderful clinic a couple years ago and was so impress with the staff and professionals that I make a point of now going at least twice a year they are such great people they make you feel like family. The service is unlike any other from picking you up at the airport to the pick up and return to your resort even the drivers are so friendly and helpful I recommend this clinic to every one they are the best of the best
