At 69 years of age and moving around over the years, I have been to my share of dentists. We always do our research and ask the locals for recommendations. I did that again as I wanted a change when my dentist kept giving me a different hygienist every time I went in. Elizabeth Sugg came highly rated through a doctor friend. Dr. Elizabeth Sugg is a truly dedicated dentist who demonstrates the utmost in care for the patient. Dr. Sugg does not "create" issues with your mouth, simply addresses the issues requiring attention to resolve current or potential issues. The office is not into giving a "sales pitch" on your mouth! RecommendedMy wife cracked her front tooth on a Saturday evening while we were vacationing in Hilton Head. We called Ocean Dental at 8:30 the following Monday morning & they had my wife come in immediately to repair the tooth. By 11:30am, the tooth had been repaired & we were able to continue with our vacation. I would highly recommend contacting Ocean Dental for any emergency needs, or just routine care. They are fantastic.
While traveling to the island on a Friday with an excruciating toothache, I was surprised to see Ocean Dental open on a Saturday. With little hope of getting an appointment I called and they got me in immediately. First thing is first the office is beautiful and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Suggs and her staff are so welcoming and just made you feel like you have known them all your life. If it was economical for me to travel 6.5 hours to see them I would in a heartbeat. Thank you all again!!!!
Dr. Sugg and her team are great! From young to not so young, they make the dentist appointment warm and friendly! Even my 10 year old gives her 5 stars! Thank you!
