Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As you know, this situation is not as easy as a 19 word sentence. 1. The room was reserved through a 3rd party, Booking.com. Because of the contract with Booking.com we could not cancel the reservation, it had to be canceled through Booking.com. We told your son to contact Booking.com and cancel the reservation and we would be happy to approve the cancelation with NO FEES and refund the reservation. He chose not to do that. RecommendedLoved the view of the beach from the balcony! Bed was very comfortable and the room was large and clean! A great place to get away and relax!
