I am a customer there for years went in there today bought some riding gear for my son got some parts from the parts department great service and great guys later that day I came back with my street bike rim to have a tire mounted the service dept told me that if I did not buy the tire from the store they absolutely would not mount my tire keep in mind I have been bringing my tires and rims here for years they are just to busy to take in any more work I said I will never come back here again and he could care less very poor ... read more

Ocp made a mistake in service department and went above and beyond to make sure that mistake was corrected!!!! Very good people and service highly recommend
Called John about a specific bike that was a special order I was looking for and within minutes we had one located and a price agreed on. No haggle, no tricks, just a quick and easy experience. I think between coming down to sign papers and leaving a deposit and finishing it off when the bike was delivered was about 2 hours total. Thank you
