2003 Honda Civic EX, passenger headlight assembly. Disappointing is the single best word to describe my most recent experience with Fenix in Bayville. Admittedly an amateur here however, I would think the quality of a part should determine it's remarketability. OEM versus aftermarket should play little role in determining whether a headlight assembly should be sold or not (i.e. if it's cloudy and beat up maybe don't sell it). Been coming to to this place for a couple years now and after the mechanics leaving a bottle of power steering fluid in my engine and losing and not putting my power steering cap back on so I’m just driving around sprouting power steering fluid all over my car, this is just the last of a long list of problems with this place and the straw that broke the camels back. Order parts online. Wrong part came in. They reordered part for me and gave me FREE overnight delivery that took 3 days. Not the best experience.

My experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately ended on a positive note. I needed a replacement passenger seat for my car, couldn't find the relevant part at any other salvage yard. The first one came with a severed electrical harness, so it was useless to me. I worked with Jacob on the phone and eventually he made sure I got the same seat with an intact harness by interfacing with the salvage yards directly.
