Stayed May 2026 for 1 week. The pros: staff is friendly and tries their best, location/views wonderful, nice landscaping. Cons: Wifi is a joke. I don’t know what might have happened in more recent time compared to the other good reviews, but this place is not just "dated", it is very rundown. The "kitchen" (in name only) is almost useless, little countertop space, equipment poor quality and in bad shape . Wasn't the cleanest and some aspects downright dirty. Beautiful location away from the hustle of downtown. Incredible view of the bay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. While a bit dated, it is very clean and has lots of charm.
Make very sure you know what you are booking. Generally speaking the place is falling apart. Staff not helpfull at all. If i could give this place Zero stars I would. Very underwhelming!
When I reserve thru my travel agency it says room with 2 bathrooms and I call ocean cliff 2 to make sure my room has 2 bathrooms the lady Mimi was very rude grumpy and not welcoming, if don’t like your work place get something else and don’t bring your personal problems to work and there’s nothing I can help on that other than that so far so good
