Extension • For 6 months Reece assured that planning and drawings were submitted, but in fact nothing had been done or submitted, eventually claiming Jemma would not submit them as she was not happy they had accepted a lower-than-normal deposit. • After the window fiasco, I was not looking forward the bigger job of the extension, but we had a contract. • The planning permission was taking so long as they had not even applied for it, we had so many lies and excuses, (dads ill, wife’s ill, I am ill, there was a misunderstandin... read more

AVOID!! • 2 x Contracts awarded November 2023 one for 3 doors and 10 windows, other remove a conservatory and build a single-story extension. There was an agreement they would hold until we had sold a house and completed probate. • Deposit paid plus the fee for drawings and planning, which Reece said they would do straight away to save time later. • After numerous attempts to contact the company I went round to their “office” which was in fact an accountant building.
