Cpuple days ago, I was at gold coast mall with family. Needed a quick mens cut. And was literally chased out of this hair cut place, by the angry lady at the counter. It was as if they didnt want any customers at all. As if i was an inconvenience. And it was empty inside. It wasnt a friendly place. She was shocked as I left, which was odd. Seemed like a hangout for a few older ladies.

I have had to cancel or reschedule my appointment due illness. Being going to Heidi for years as has my husband. I had an appointment today but still sick after being on antibiotics for over a week going back to doctors tomorrow, her answer to me was she wasn't going to reschedule it was messing with her schedule, so I said ok I will come today and she replied no because im going on vacation and I want to enjoy myself and not get sick, so please what was suppose to do? Excellent blow dry by Michelle. She uses great products, too. If you need a salon while in OC I highly recommend.

I had Melonie do my mani/pedi and it was very relaxing. I can’t emphasize enough the the wonderful massage she gave me of my hands and feet. I would definitely use her again when I am back at the beach.
