Update: Selling department: 5 stars. Service Department: not suggesting for manual gear problems.
Sales staff was great, finance/sales manager was not. Allan worked hard for my deal and got it. Afterwards, I discovered many issues with the vehicle that the dealership knew about but chose not to fix - including issues with the frame, shocks, etc. 6 months later or so, I'm still happy with the truck but will not be back to the dealership. What's a real shame is that while there, I saw the owner outside washing vehicles and windows. An A+ man, really a great guy, I doubt he knows what his guys are doing inside.
