Received this in the mail.❤️I can not say enough about Precious Paws Animal Hospital. We weren’t even patients there until the day Zoey got sick and they treated us and Zoey as though we’ve been with them forever. Even gave us a mold of her paw print before we had to say goodbye. At NO TIME did anyone inform us of their charge for an office visit for a new patient (a less than 30 minute visit) or any of the procedures Dr. Miniatty suggested, resulting in a $258 bill. Dr. Miniatty was very unprofessional when we questioned the bill, charging the reception area as though we were causing a scene. This was 5 minutes after she was kissing and hugging our kitten. She advised us his eye showed no scratch, encouraged us to have a dye test "just to be sure" yet failed to inform us that the single drop of dye ... read more
I took my 11 year old cat in yesterday not expecting to have to euthanize her. Dr. Fantasia and her technician were the best. I am thankful for their thoughtfulness and honesty during such a difficult time. Thank you for being great with myself and White Cat.
