By first of all being honest. They lie to your face all the time. I bought a car from them six months ago and the car has been in the shop for service 8 times now. I was lead to believe iI was purchasing a certified pre own vehicle which in six months I have had to pay for and have change; brake shoe, 4 rotors, 4 tires, a broken caliber, tensioner pulley and now it needs an alternator and air conditioner compressor. Hi Caren, I am sorry you are feeling the way you are about our dealership. I took a look at the history of your vehicle with us. We did replace your front and rear brakes approximately 5000 miles after you purchased the vehicle. After performing that work you felt a vibration when braking. We replaced a set of rotors at no charge to eliminate the vibration. About another 5000 miles later you experienced an issue with a caliper on your brakes.
