My friends from Santa Cruz drive all the way up to go here because it’s so great and now so do I! This dentist does a great job and everyone in the whole office (which is just 3 gals I believe) is SO NICE. I feel so comfortable and taken care of and like I wana give everyone a hug. They always take their time to talk things through with me and treat me with care like a real person. My fav dentist office of all time forsure!

Receptionist very Rude and disrespectful. She talked over me and I was unable to schedule a appointment for my son with the referral that o was referred with

After a brief interaction with the receptionist while looking for a new dentist, I’d stay steer clear. They were short, not customer focused, lacked empathy, and seemed like they were actively pushing me to look elsewhere (which I will). If that’s how front of house acts, I’d be concerned about the rest of it.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Dr. Pilones was incredibly friendly and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable at each step. She’s clearly skilled at what she does and genuinely caring toward her patients. The receptionist was also very polite and pleasant, which made the whole visit even more welcoming. I have been going here nearly a year for cleanings & fillings. Dr. Pilones is great, fast and down to earth. Her office staff is really friendly and helpful, too. The work I’ve gotten done hasn’t had any issues, so I’m satisfied.
