I completely agree with all the bad reviews. Stay away from this "management" company; they will destroy your investment, with too many fees and terrible customer service.
Worst management ever! Very unprofessional company, they don’t answer the phones, they never replied my emails, the vacancies increased in my properties and my tenants were always unhappy and calling me to complaint. I moved to a big PM company with a highly professional staff. I do NOT recommend this company.
