DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I payed and did a tour for a rental and payed $75 for an application they took for ever to even call me back to tell me what I need and all the information about the place and lease and when I payed for the application they just took the place off market it’s a SCAMMM do not waste your time

I'm a tenant and I always have all my concerns and issues resolved very fast, they have excellent customer service 24 hours. I make my payments online, and it's very easy to request work orders or ask questions through their system. I highly recommend this company.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ocean Blue Property Management. We encountered an issue with our property manager Natalia Branca and have made over 10 attempts to speak with her supervisor or someone in higher management, but unfortunately, no one has reached out to us regarding the matter.
