Had a membership here for a few months. Decent service for basic car wash. Last week had an unfortunate event where their operator failed to start the wash when my vehicle was guided through the wash tunnel. Resulted in both my wiper blade arms being torn off my car and broken. The car wash elements were dragged across my car causing the damage. They have video proof the wash was never started.
