I've been a regular customer since this car wash opened... and since the two previous companies... but I think my loyalty has come to an end because of its manager, "Juan"... last Saturday, August 22nd, I went to wash my car as usual. Customer service is very poor; I cancelled my membership due to bad service. The staff don't know how to treat customers politely—I was denied access to the hoses for cleaning my vehicle. They’ve lost a customer; I’m rating them one star. With service like that, customers won't come back—they even put out safety cones to stop you from using their air hoses.
