The car wash machine damaged my rear bumper cover on August 12, 2025 and it knocked off part of my bumper cover. I noticed after I left and had to go back. A car wash employee found that large piece of the bumper cover inside of the car wash and gave it back to me.

I emailed them about canceling my membership and requested a refund over 2 months ago and still no response. If you go here and you want a BETTER car wash, go to VIBE car wash down on Spring Valley, sooo much better and everything works!!!
