Update: I think it’s hilarious the business responded to my review with the generic response of “please reach out to us at your earliest convenience” when they have actively ignored my attempts to reach out to corporate as well as giving me the run around with false corporate emails. I have been trying to reach out to them but who knows if my emails are even going to the correct place. I was a member at Ocean Blue Car Wash and had gone there very regularly. If I could give 0 stars I would ! Worse customer service employees all over the place not paying attention to the customer they do their job as if they didn’t want to get it done . Person who charged me has try to scam me couple times always overcharging when I’m clear on what I need to get done and I’m looking at the prices ! This places seems more like a flea market than a carwash it’s ridiculous to charge high prices and give a crappy job done .
The guy taking payments was kind. The lady barely pre scrubbed my car and the car wash itself didn’t wash my car nor rinse the soap off. There was soap left on my windshield and dirt still on my car. I was very disappointed and will never go back again. I could’ve washed my car better my hand.
