Ocean Atlantic Rentals has been on the Outer Banks since 1979. Since that time we have striven to do what we can for the community by sponsoring local events. This review is for the Duck location, thank you again!!!! We rented a 6 person cart for our family’s vacation this past week. A couple days in we had some issues where the cart wasn’t working properly. After speaking with the manager, Trevor, he quickly and appropriately drove out and picked up our troubled cart, delivered a replacement cart, offered a refund, and did so all within 2 hours of our initial complaint.
