Our refrigerator was not cold and Ocean Appliance came in Oct 2024 and said I needed a new compressor and installed one at a cost of $1200. Six weeks later the refrigerator was again getting warm and they came back and said it was a leaking coil and attempted to repair it again. After another six weeks the refrigerator is warm again and had to buy a new refrigerator. I called Ocean and asked them to refund half my money and they can take the new compressor. We had a problem with our ice maker recently and a huge party was scheduled; the ice maker had to be repaired in time for our event. I called Ocean Home Appliance Repair and received an immediate response. Al, our technician, was in touch with us and scheduled an appointment and within hours our ice maker was repaired. Our party was a success and our guests enjoyed their cold refreshments!! Thanks Ocean Home Appliance Repair and especially our technician Al for great service and honest workmanship.
