This is the best gym in Flushing! If it's ten, I'll give it 9.9 points. If you want to be better, this is a good choice.

A small boutique gym tucked in the heart of downtown flushing, has everything you'll need for a proper workout. The staff here are very helpful and were there to answer any of my questions I had during my day pass trips there. The equipment is very solid and they really do their best to take care of the equipment there as well.

They don't renew the class schedule, and with the wrong schedule, I go the wrong time. That's not professional for it. The schedule shows no class on morning 02/06/2026, however, that's the last week schedule cause the storm.
