I am currently living in this community. The grounds and apartments themselves are beautiful and well maintained. We have no complaint about that, in fact this is why I give Ocean Aisle the two stars. The problem is the neighbors and their constant use of marijuana/loud music and the lack of effective action by the staff to enforce their no smoking policy.
