This is a bad company! There is no warranty even though they advertise there is, they will not take returns and will tell you that you must have the repairs made and then you will be reimbursed. The unit I purchased had a cracked header and did not have any Freon in it when I purchased it, I did not find this out until after it was installed. The repairs cost me $372 dollars and they will only offer me $150 for labor, nothing for Freon! Also the company that repaired the unit informed me the unit was a year old!
